» Help An Austin Woman Who Lost Her Leg.

If you live in Austin, maybe you’ve already heard about this. My friend works at Chuy’s on North Lamar where his coworker, Kari Willams, lost her leg after being hit by a reckless driver with no insurance.

If you go to eat at the Chuy’s on North Lamar on August 5th, all tips and donations will go towards helping Kari pay for her medical bills and physical therapy. So spread the word and enjoy a dinner at Chuy’s while helping a fellow Austinite.

Kowloon Walled City Cross Section.

Once the most densely populated place on earth, before is destruction in 1993, Kowloon in Hong Kong housed over 50,000 people in just 0.01 square miles. My friend, Seth, stumbled upon a cross section of the city, which demonstrates in amazing detail just how crowded this micro city really was.

Update: If anyone knows where we can get a high-res cross section of this entire artpiece, please let me know ASAP!
