I was only able to pull three days this week but I have been consistently sore. Yesterday it drizzled and the ground was damp, today it flat out poured on us while doing push-ups. A good tip when working out in the rain, don’t wear your glasses. Next week I’m shooting for all of the afternoon classes, so I’ll be there Monday until Thursday. Now to catch up on the eating healthy part. I blame Mani for leaving all of these Sessions in the fridge.
