TCE Canvasing.

A young lady knocked at our door with paperwork asking for a contribution to the Texas Campaign for the Environment. After several mentions and attempts for a contribution, she was kind enough to provide an online resource to donate and she provided me with her name.

I get how hard it is to have people commit to a contribution after they’ve shut the door but this is the first time someone has even provided me with a website. In this day and age, every canvasser should have an online donation area with a referral.

On a side note, when donating, this was the final question. After a lot of research, I do support their overall cause but I don’t need any faith mixing with my recycling.
