Jars Hint at Amelia Earhart as Castaway

On the southeast end of Nikumaroro Island in the Pacific Ocean … a partial skeleton of a castaway was discovered … in 1940 and … several shards of glass have been recovered.

I can’t stop thinking about whoever, stranded on that island, surviving with some jars of beauty products and a turtle. How quickly before they ate the turtle, or did it become their friend?
